Parent/guardian consent
Any player's name, number, photo, or profile detail shown on this site is included with parent or guardian consent, gathered fresh each season. First name plus last initial is the default public display — never a full last name, school, home address, or precise practice/training location.
Season-specific photo & video approval
Consent for photos and match video is collected per season, not assumed to carry over automatically. Match video, where enabled, embeds through YouTube's privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com mode, which avoids setting tracking cookies until a visitor actually presses play.
Correction & takedown requests
Any parent, guardian, or Team Boca staff member can request that a photo, name, stat, or any other detail be corrected or removed — no reason required. Contact:
No sale of personal data
Nothing collected through this site — including the optional email-updates signup, when enabled — is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. Email signups are handled by Netlify Forms and used only to send the updates a supporter opted into.
No individual-player fundraising
Every fundraising goal is team-wide. This site never asks anyone to sponsor, pledge toward, or give in the name of a specific child, and player profiles never carry a donation ask.
No precise child-location information
Match listings show a general city (e.g. "Boca Raton, FL"), never a specific field address, practice schedule, or recurring location pattern that could be used to locate a child.
Configurable visibility
The public roster, match videos, and email signup are each controlled by an independent setting in this site's configuration file. Team Boca (or the team manager) can disable any of them instantly — no code changes, no waiting on a developer.
